How to Use It

Bit is easy to use -- the silicone 'bit' is meant to be placed horizontally across the open mouth so that it can be bitten down into, so as to partially obstruct speech. You can fasten Bit in place using the velvety ribbon ties. Clean with warm water and soap before and after use. The ribbon can be removed for a more thorough cleaning. For the best & safest time, decide on a non-verbal safe word, relax your jaw muscles and be sure not to tie the ribbons too tightly around the head. Have a pair of medical scissors nearby during use if necessary. Make sure the wearer can still breathe easily through their nostrils. Do not wear for an extended period of time.
